04How we work
Start under control. Share responsibility.
For larger projects, the quote does not come first. We first work out together what should be built.
01Process
From first call to ongoing evolution.
Each outcome is usable even if no further step follows.
Four steps, the first two lower the risk.
- Free
Initial call
Clarify situation, plans and mutual fit.
A personal assessment and a decision on the next step.
- Consulting engagement
Discovery workshop
Reduce complexity and build shared understanding.
Target picture, architecture, roadmap and/or MVP scope.
- Project
Development project
Build and integrate the solution with your team.
A productive system and a working collaboration.
- Service and maintenance contract
Evolution
Adapt the system to new requirements and business models.
Long-term technical and functional capability.
02Discovery workshop
Clarify before building.
Before a project budget is committed, we clarify together what has to be built and in which order. The workshop is paid because it delivers a result of its own.
Outcome: a consolidated document you can keep working with internally. It covers, for example, product strategy and mission, requirements, current and target architecture, the transformation plan, and technology and system guidelines.
- Sharpen the target picture and success criteria
- Capture system context, interfaces and constraints
- Name risks and dependencies
- Scope sub-projects, define the migration path and approach
03Joint teams
With your teams, not around them.
Our own engineering team works directly with your departments, architects and product owners. We do not broker staff.
- Who decides, who builds and who owns operations is settled before the project starts.
02
Knowledge stays with you
We document architecture decisions and system knowledge and hand them over to your team.03
Short paths
Your specialists talk directly to our engineers.
04Test us
What to clarify before you decide.
Four questions for any supplier, including us.
Who actually builds?
Ask for the share of in-house staff on the project, and for names instead of role profiles.
What happens after launch?
Have them show how support, evolution and system responsibility are organised.
How deep is the domain knowledge?
Ask for a concrete system from your sector and the role the supplier held in it.
How does a project end?
Clarify handover, documentation and the ability to operate without the supplier.
